I loved this item and its great, it fits nicely. i was skeptical because the comments say that it fits smaller but it just depends on your body type. im 187 lbs and fit the small, it does fight snuggly but of course it's a waist trainer, thats what its supposed to do ! the only con in my opinion is the zipper is cheap quality so its bound to break faster than higher end waist trainers. mine hasn't broke yet as i've only gotten this like 2 days ago but no complaints yet!
I love this!! I didn’t think it was going to feel so nice but it exceeded,y expectations! Not only did it come early, but the quality is so nice! And it really helps with structure! My squish mellow models it for you in the last slide :3
I loved it, very snug fit, good for postpartum and you can get your pre-pregnancy figure back.
It got here pretty fast it has a lil smell but not that bad it's really good a quality it's a lil small but it fits it doesn't fold i really like it

Nice waist trainer but the small was a little too small due to my chest size. the trainer is really good and it did help my stomach to go down.
It's perfect, it makes me sweat a lot and I don't even exercise, I just use it for cleaning.
Its better then i thought it was gonna be and it does snatch you. But the only bad tjis is that you can feel the metal lines in the back

This is a semi elastic rubber sided waist trainer. Zips up and has 2 velcro closures in the front for extra support. I am 5'4" 150 and i ordered the xxl and could have fitted the xl but this one works for what i wanted it for which is a back brace. I love it because it gives me enough support without my allowing my body to rely on the "brace" so my core is still getting a workout amd my waist is melting in the process. Works great for what i need it for and will most likely be ordering an xl within the month.
This is great but not stretchy (neither part)i’m 280 and got a xl it fits but is very tight so i’d recommend to size up if you’re not sure. I will say this one is def for just wearing around when you’re not exercising bc of the material you’d have to wash it pretty often. And i will say the zipper is very plastic cheap feeling but other than that it’s pretty good for the price.
