I weigh 87kg and I use it to make my abdomen go down a bit... it's very comfortable but for my weight it's fine, it doesn't squeeze me too much... but if you want something tighter, size P would be better... because the one I bought is size M and it doesn't feel tight but it's comfortable. I liked it, it doesn't squeeze you now and leaves you without air, but it's comfortable. I ordered size M because I weigh 87kg, but I should have ordered a size P because it would have been tighter and better shaped around the abdomen...
It doesn't roll up, does its job well, and exceeded my expectations. I still think I should have chosen a smaller size to tighten the waist more.
